For anyone looking for a highly knowledgeable trustworthy lawyer, I recommend you to Vinh Doan. My wife and I were looking for lawyer to create our family trust. We found Vinh through our MetLife Legal insurance based on highest reviews, and Vinh not only lived up to the reviews, but exceeded them. Vinh made the process very easy by having us fill out a questionnaire prior to speaking in order to save us time in relaying basic information. Vinh was also very readily available to answer any questions we had during this process. After filling out the questionnaire. Vinh called us, and went over all of the answers and asked us for additional information in order to get the crux of the Trust in place. For the final step, we met Vinh in his office and he went over all of the finer details of the trust with us, before finalizing it. Now, all of this may be standard practice for lawyers who write family trusts. Where Vinh shined was with his outstanding knowledge in reviewing information in-depth which we had supplied to him. In doing research, Vinh found out that a rental property that my wife had inherited from her parents, had her cousins name on the deed as co-owner (a surprise to us). Vinh went further and pieced all of the records together from 1995 and was able explain to us how this likely all happened and listed all of our options and best advice on how to proceed with a complicated situation. He also gave great breakdowns on all options in writing the trust, including pros and cons with each option. This is not something we'd be able to figure out if we opted to do an online trust or used a less knowledgeable or less caring lawyer. Additionally Vinh was extremely accommodating to us. We had a home plumbing emergency the day we were to meet with him, and Vinh allowed us to reschedule despite the last minute change. When we did meet with Vinh, our 5 year old daughter happen to catch food poisoning, and started throwing up non-stop while at his office. We had to keep stopping in the middle of the trust review, but Vinh was super patient, showed concern for our daughter, and even gave us a large bowl, a plastic bag, and a whole role of paper towel to help with the messy situation. Vinh showed zero annoyance despite the numerous delays which extended the meeting quite a bit, and he emailed us the following day to check-up on how our daughter was doing. All said, Vinh is a fantastic lawyer that we will be recommending to all of our family and friends. Don't procrastinate like we did, get in touch with Vinh, you won't regret it.

Vinh Doan helped us draft up a living trust package prior to in-person meeting. We had to fill out an online preliminary questionnaire. Vinh is highly efficient and always follow up with us via text messages to ensure that we understood in filling the questionnaire. On the day we met in person Vinh went over page by page of the living trust package. During our meeting we had a few minor change request and Vinh made the update on the spot. Vinh's office is clean and well-organized. Overall the whole process was easy because Vinh is so calm and patient with his customer. We could have this done in 2 weeks but because it took us sometime to gather some info; therefore, we got it done one month.
